OC Public Works will be performing maintenance to the Fullerton Creek flood control channel in your area to maintain flood protection for your community.
Project activities will include the use of large equipment within the flood control channel.
WHAT
Construction crews will begin maintenance within the flood control channel to help ensure the channel continues to operate effectively and reduce the risk of flooding in your community.
Maintenance activities will include removal and replacement of the concrete lining within the channel at various locations within the project area.
Work will progress from one location to the next location as various activities are completed, and crews will not remain at each location for the entire duration of the project. Residents may experience a temporary increase in noise during project activities.
Partial lane closures may be needed during construction. Traffic control signs and flaggers will be present.

Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Please stay out of the project area and observe all project safety signs, barriers and personnel.

The map below showing work will be done in Fullerton Creek channel, which extends from South Richman Avenue to Euclid Blvd, between Orangethorpe Avenue and Valencia in the city of Fullerton.
