Intermittent closure of both lanes (eastbound and westbound) and detours will be implemented as needed during heavy water flow to ensure roadway safety. No vehicle, cyclist, pedestrian or equestrian access will be permitted during storm closures.

Working Days and Hours will vary based on water flow and bridge conditions
The construction schedule is tentative and subject to change due to weather and other factors.
WHAT
Crews will be monitoring the flow levels of Trabuco Creek daily and working to clear the roads of any debris as needed.
Traffic control devices will be placed at both entrances of each side of the closures.
Barricades, K-rails, Signage and Message Boards will be placed at the time of the closures thoughout the storm season.
Crews will be on standby and heavy equipment will be in the area to assist with moving material.
